CE Individual Activity Application Information

CE Individual Activity Approval

Georgia Nurses Association is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

Approval of an educational activity by GNA ensures participants that the program meets professional standards for CNE.

To be approved by GNA, accreditation standards and criteria as set by ANCC must be met. The GNA application process and forms ensures the program's content meets these criteria and GNA staff will assist the applicant in meeting these criteria.

CE Individual Activity Eligibility Requirements

Nursing education activities that follow continuing nursing accreditation criteria as set by the ANCC are considered for approval by GNA.  

Types of activities in this category: seminars, conferences, on-line learning activities, self-paced courses, live and recorded instructor-led webinars.

Applications must be received a minimum of 30 days prior to the start of the CE Activity.
